Full Description: This is a lovely property set just above Orgiva with beautiful views of the mountains, and with good access to all the local amenities. There are actually 2 homes within Casa Rivas; a lovely small casita and a larger family-sized casa. They are perfect to rent together for a large party, or alternatively can be rented separately. (Details for the smaller Casita Rivas can be found under ref no. 6 and details for the larger Casa Rivas can be found under ref no. 5 ).
The larger Casa Rivas is on the top floor and is reached by a flight of stairs. It is a good-sized house with 4 bedrooms (2 twin, and 2 double rooms), a large fully fitted bathroom, a separate shower room, a fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, a dining room/lounge with woodburning stove, and an extra separate lounge area, and TV. It also has a delightful roof terrace providing superb views of the surrounding mountains.
The smaller Casita Rivas is on the lower level and has 2 bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double room), a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen/lounge with washing machine, fridge, gas hob, dining table, fireplace, and TV. There is an attractive patio area with tables and chairs, providing a tranquil and relaxing setting and looking out onto the lovely garden.
The pool is shared between the 2 properties and measures 8 x 3.20m

OUTSIDE
The house is totally enclosed with private gardens and a large swimming pool. The garden is safe for children, and there are lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
DISTANCES
The cortijo is only 20mins drive from the town of Orgiva, and is an easy 2 hour drive from Malaga Airport, and just over 1 hour drive from Granada Airport. The city of Granada is only 50mins away, and the coast is 40mins.
This lovely house is owned by a local Spanish family and I, Malcolm de Ste Croix, with my colleague Inma Hidalgo manage this property for them. On your arrival in Orgiva you will be met by one of us and taken to the house. We will also give you any local information you require to help you enjoy your holiday. We look forward to meeting you.

Changeover Day: Changeover days are any day of the week, this helps you to find cheaper flights, except from 2 July to 3 Sept, when changeovers must be from Saturday to Saturday .
Clients arriving can access the cortijo at 14.00pm. Clients leaving must vacate by 10.00am.
